OSAKA, KYOTO & NARA
Ninnaji Temple is listed as World Heritage Sites. It is also famous for late blooming cherry trees called "Omuro" Cherries.
Daigoji Temple is designated as the world heritage site. Toyotomi Hideyoshi's famous cherry blossom viewing party was held here.
Kiyomizudera Temple was added to the list of UNESCO world heritage sites in 1994.
It is well known for its wooden stage "Butai". A view from this stage is marvelous.
The Philosopher's Path is a small stone path which follows a canal lined by hundreds of cherry trees.
Arashiyama is located in the western outskirts of Kyoto. It is a cozy place surrounded by beautiful mountains and forests. Beautiful pink flowers or cherry blossoms covers those mountains.
About 1700 cherry trees are planted in the park. This park is also famous as a lot of deer in the park.
